Hello Posh Spice, I mean Mrs. Beckham

I went to the launch of Victoria Victoria Beckham at Lane Crawford IFC in Hong Kong with the always lovely and fellow Miss X, Ingrid Chen.

I am wearing an Urban Outfitter dress and Zara heels, while Ingrid is wearing a Victoria Victoria Beckham dress.

Doing our best Posh Spice pose! Werk it gurlz!

Mrs. Beckham appeared at Lane Crawford IFC in Hong Kong and walked around the VIP area with everyone following her trying to get a picture with her. She was pretty in person, petit (hard to believe she’s had 4 kids!), well-poised and all I wanted to ask her was to sing “Wannabe”! hehe She stayed for about 5 minutes and made a short speech about her new line before she was escorted by security to her private room.

It was a fun night with free-flowing Moet Chandon and all you can eat gelato. After I met up with friends and hit the town! I love going to Hong Kong and especially when my trips coincide with fabulous fashion parties! Until next time…

N.Y.E. at PTT

I celebrate saying Good-Bye to 2011 and HELLO 2012 by dancing the night away at a great party held at Potato Head Beach Club in Bali. It was a huge space with 3 different restaurants and a pool front and center (where they built a stage and DJ booth). We had a pretty big crew and managed to take over a small area in the front corner which gave us the best seats to the amazing fireworks show! It was the longest fireworks show I’ve ever seen!!

I couldn’t of asked for a better night with my boyfriend, best friend, and friends! It was an absolutely magical night in Bali! 2012 is going to be a great year! I can just feel it!!

If you ever make it to Bali, definitely be sure to check out Potato Head. It’s a great place to have dinner, relax, and stare at the ocean.

SEVEN for SEVENTY | Coach 70th Anniversary

Happy 70th Anniversary Coach!!

I attended Coach‘s “SEVEN for SEVENTY” Event at Tabloid in Tokyo to help celebrate their 70th Anniversary. “SEVEN for SEVENTY” showcases seven amazing photographers collaborating with Coach’s beautiful 70th Anniversary Limited Edition Red Bag.

The photo exhibitions were beautiful and inspiring.

The live performance was creative and full of life.

Tokyo blogger Mai-chan, L.A. photographer Josh and I had so much fun at the “SEVEN for SEVENTY” party by Coach!

Thank you Coach for a fabulous night!

Yesterday I met up with fellow Carte Blanche X girls Arissa and Wendy (who are visiting Tokyo Yay!), Tokyo blogger Mai-chan, and a few more friends and we went to an awesome private sale with brands like Anne Demuelemeester, Dries Van Noten, Nina Ricci, Rick Owens, Sacai, Sacai Luck, and Superfine. It was a madhouse but so worth it.

Check out the pic!

Since I couldn’t resist all of this fashion treasure, I decided that it would be an early Christmas present to myself and ended up purchasing my first Rick Owens jacket and Anne Demuelemeester dress and top. I am so excited about my R.O. jacket as I probably would of had to save a long time to get one at retail value.

After the sale my friend Hiroko from Pred PR took us to the Rick Owens store in Aoyama to check out “Rickzilla”. What is “Rickzilla” you ask? Well let me show you…

It is a huge Godzilla inspired wax figure of Rick Owens, hair and all…

I was actually quite disgusted by Rickzilla, but I think that was the purpose. It is a big (expensive) joke by Rick. There are actually only 3 in the world and are travelling around the Rick Owens stores. The other 2 are of a realistic Rick Owens and a peeing Rick Owens.

Besides Rickzilla at the store in Tokyo, the staff informed us that it was Rick Owens’ birthday! Can you believe he is 50 years old!? So they were serving champagne and in the spirit of birthdays, I had a glass at 3 in the afternoon, which was actually the first thing I had to eat all day because I was busy.

Rick Owens M&Ms not for sale ;)

Yesterday turned into a a great day for fashion, shopping, and my closet!

Happy Birthday Rickzilla! I mean Rick Owens!!! Thank you for my beautiful jacket!!!

I lost my Choo!

Last night I attended JIMMY CHOO‘s 15 Year Anniversary ICONS Collection Event. It was an absolutely fabulous night! The party was in preparation for the world wide launch and sale of JIMMY CHOO’s new (or renewal, bringing back all of the most ICONIC JIMMY CHOOs) collection. The shoes are absolutely to-die-for!!!!

The JIMMY CHOO ICONS Collection represent beautiful fashion ICONS over the past decades, with names like Brigette, Marlene, Rita, Faye, Lauren, Raquel, who wouldn’t see stars when looking at this collection?! My favorite is Rita, which is famous from Sex and the City’s Carrie Bradshaw’s “I lost my Choo”. (Speaking of, I might have to go and rewatch that episode!)

Delicious fruity cocktails inspired by the ICONS Collection

I paired my gorgeous Jimmy Choos and Jimmy Choo bag with a lovely pearl detailed bustier dress from One Teaspoon.

With CEO of JIMMY CHOO, Joshua Schulman

As a shoe-a-holic myself, I couldn’t help but feel so happy just being in the presence of such an amazing collection of shoes. Also…thinking about all of the different outfits I could wear with every single pair, if I had them in my possession! Well I definitely now know what I will be asking Santa for this Christmas!

Thank you JIMMY CHOO for an absolutely splendid night and reminding me that the sky’s the limit when creating works of art that inspire the minds and hearts of people all over the world. It really is an ICONIC Collection, and I’m totally in love~!
